Hey guys, Brenden here, and if you're interested in cognitive enhancement, you've got to hear this case study because the results here were absolutely extraordinary and exceeded all my expectations. So here's what we did. We implemented a comprehensive, cutting-edge approach to elevate Emily's cognitive function.

First, a personalized peptide protocol. We used peptides including intranasal cortex and pinealon and semax. Now I'm not going to go into detail of how we dosed them, you know, what time we took these and for how long we dosed them and all that because it's just too much information for the video.

Advanced nootropics stack. So we used a combination of nootropics that were handpicked for her unique needs and situation. And one included was pramiracetam.

And we did neurofeedback training and photobiomodulation. This is another very interesting area of research, which is looking really promising, especially photobiomodulation. So we used state-of-the-art neurofeedback sessions combined with personalized cognitive training exercises to optimize her brain function and lifestyle optimizations.

We integrated precision sleep protocols after performing a lot of sleep tracking, which is one thing I absolutely love to do, guys, especially with the Apple Watch, if people have Apple devices, that is, just because it's an extremely reliable and high-quality device that gives us a lot of useful information in terms of tracking and optimizing somebody's sleep. Because we could look at the specific sleep stages and how much time is spent in each. And if it's not optimal, we can implement very specific strategies to improve specific sleep stages.

Or if we have sleep apnea, which we can detect based on looking at the inspiratory rate data and heart rate data, not even needing the SpO2 data, then, you know, that's something we can implement a targeted strategy for to correct as well. With or without a CPAP, it's totally possible, guys, to correct sleep apnea. There's a lot of options available for that now.

And, yeah, like I said, even the Apple Watch SE can do a fantastic job at that. You don't need the SpO2 feature. A lot of people feel like they're missing out just by getting the cheaper watch, but it's just not the case.

It does everything you need for sleep tracking and exercise monitoring. But stress management techniques, of course, this is a huge one, guys, because if you have chronic levels of stress, it can elevate cortisol long-term, suppressed immune system, and also have...these things can actually contribute to neuroinflammation and further cognitive decline. And so we also implemented a brain-boosting nutrition plan.

And throughout the process, we conducted regular cognitive assessments, EEG scans, and blood biomarker analysis, fine-tuning the protocol based on her progress and all the latest neuroscience research. So before our intervention, her cognitive metrics were very concerning for her age and profession. Check this out.

Her working memory on NBAC test, 2BAC level was 68% accuracy. Her processing speed on the trail-making test Part B was 82 seconds, very long. Attention, continuous performance test, 87% accuracy.

And the cognitive flexibility on the Wisconsin card sorting test was four categories completed. So I'm going to show you what happened after four months of our intensive protocol because her improvements were extraordinary. First, her working memory on the 5BAC level went up to 93% accuracy.

Her processing speed came down to 42 seconds. That's nearly a 50% improvement. Her attention, 99% accuracy.

And cognitive flexibility, six categories completed with significantly fewer errors. Qualitatively, Emily reported, it's like a fog has lifted. My mind is incredibly clear and sharp, even after a long day at work.

I'm processing information faster than ever before. I'm often three steps ahead in negotiations and case analysis. My memory is phenomenal.
